At Made by Mitchell, we want you to be obsessed with your Blursh and beauty hauls, but if something isn't right, we offer returns on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unopened, and unused due to hygiene standards within the beauty industry.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and include your order note; we recommend using a tracked shipping service as we are not responsible for lost parcels.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
